Poorly crafted
Ordered a bracelet with plenty of time to arrive by Christmas. It came 12/27. The picture had white spots throughout. I contacted them. The wanted a video of the picture. That was no easy task but I got it. Vine to find out the crystal was cracked. I sent it to them. They said it was my video skills. They clearly do not want to back their poor quality product. I clearly cannot give this to the intended person and I asked for refund. They will not give me one. So buyer beware. Poor craftsmanship and quality with disappointing customer service
