Connie Last summer our air conditioning would not work. After sending out 2 different technicians we were ready to move on to another company. Eastern Shore sent out another technician who promptly fixed our system. I commend them for not giving up and seeing it through. Having said that, our system is not functioning properly right now. My husband called Eastern Shore to schedule an appointment. He requested to have the technician that repaired our system last summer. He was blatantly told we could not have a specific technician. I’m not understanding why customer satisfaction doesn’t seem to matter.
