Disappointing
I will not be back, it’s unfortunate because we made it tradition to go twice a year, food isn’t very good anymore, they over pack the VIP tables which you have no room to move or go to the bathroom and we just went to Halloween show and last year they gave these little cheap bells for free for vip so the kids can interact but this year they wanted 10 each or buy extremely expensive souvenirs to get one free but amount you pay for a ticket you’ll think you can at least get at least one damn bell, the show was completely the same from last year, we missed last year Dracula though , it just seem that that profit was more important then quality of food, service and even changing up the show
