Surina, the hygienist, was incredibly professional, kind, and patient during my visit. I was quite nervous about my periodontal deep pocket cleaning, but she thoroughly explained the procedure, which instantly put me at ease. Her attentiveness and constant reassurance made a big difference, and I felt so much more confident throughout.
