Exceptional Support from My Account Manager
The support I have received from my account manager has been outstanding. It is refreshing to deal with someone who takes the time to explain things clearly, responds to my questions, and makes an effort to understand my individual circumstances.
The account management has been well organised, and I have been impressed by the attention given to my account. The results have been encouraging, although I understand that financial markets can change and that future performance is never guaranteed.
One feature I particularly appreciate is the cashback programme, which adds another element to the overall service. Having someone available to discuss my questions and explain the available options has made the experience much more comfortable.
