Horrific Hello, It took me a long time to write this review. It was the most gut-wrenching experience for me and my Family. I hired Granero moving/Formula Global to move all of my possessions from New York to Paris. I was moving countries to join my husband in France. I paid a small fortune for a 40ft container, and insured the container for almost $30,000 Not only it was seven weeks late to arrive, when it finally did, 50% of my belongings were missing.. the contents of 11,00 square foot apartment in NYC - gone. Furniture, contents of full kitchen, three walking closets full of clothes, family air looms, decorative pieces, personal Art collection and my art - I am a working artist and it is my income. Memories of my mom who died year prior.. After begging for them to find my things and getting nowhere, all the company did, after saying - We are so sorry it happened to you - and claiming they have no idea where my things where , spending a lot of money on lawyers, filing claims etc. -drowned us in paperwork, fuzzy CCTV photos, we were offered $2000 in insurance settlement, and stonewalled us all the way through the prosses. They did not offer any help, claimed we underinsured and had no case. To this day I can not believe that something like that could happen. I wake up in the middle of the night to this day, with a jolt in my stomach and a horrible filling of being robbed.. Hopelessness and grief.
