Innovative and effective content strategy
Someone on our team pulled our internal site search data one day and showed us what people were actually typing into the search bar on our own website when they couldn't find something. The list was embarrassing honestly, entire topics and product types we sold that had no page, no article, nothing that addressed them at all. TrueShield used that data alongside keyword research to build a content plan that went after what our own customers were already telling us they couldn't find. That approach felt different from every other agency pitch we'd had, which usually started with some generic audit and a list of competitor keywords. Starting from what our own visitors were struggling to find felt like the right order to do things in. Most of those new pages are pulling in traffic now and the on site search volume for those terms has dropped because people are actually finding the pages instead of resorting to the search bar.
