Poor Customer Service
I did not have a positive experience. I uploaded my prescription and when I received the box, I wasn't ready for a new set of contacts (mind you, I have been wearing contacts 35 years). When I opened the box, I realized they shipped me 4 boxes of the WRONG contacts. It has been almost 2 months, and I still have not received the replacements. On the return form, I marked for them to use my first payment method if there was an additional charge. I have had to keep emailing and still have no contacts. I will never use this company again. Saving $10 is not worth it. I'll go back to 1800-Contacts forever.
