Bad Service I’m very disappointed with my experience. The company did not deliver my order as promised, and nobody reached out to inform me about the delay. I had to call myself to find out what was going on, and only then was I told that the delivery had been postponed for another two days. This lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable, especially when customers are expecting timely service. I hope the company improves its customer service and delivery process in the future. I’m waiting for my refund.
