Find another company
This company is terrible. They dinged me with a fee after switching checking accounts and having a rejected payment. I paid the balance in full on time and they still charged the fee. I called and asked for a courtesy to waive the fee, and they said they would request it, but denied it because I already "paid" the fee, even though the payment was for the loan balance. There is no recourse or help because they "can't do anything about it." That's a sorry excuse for a company. There is always something that can be done, but if you're not going to have good customer service, then that's going to be your company's reputation.
