Worst experience ever ordering furniture
We ordered two desks, the first one arrived with scratches and dents, and the overall quality leaves much to be desired. Still we we decided to keep it and asked for replacement of the defective parts... still waiting for them as of now. The second desk came a bit later, and it was a total mess. It appeared as if applying scratches, dents and blowing loads of dirt on the final product was part of the standard production process. One part looked as if it had been assembled by a 5-year old. Bottom line, bad production quality is not the exception, but the rule here. Had I found a used desk like this one at a garage sale, I would have paid max. 50 Euros for it — the price for this one was 1570 Euros. I‘m going to return this joke of a product and never order anything again from this company.
