Very useful train the trainer course Alistair's depth of knowledge on this subject shows through and fills the candidates with confidence ready to deliver their own training. It's a good mix of theory and practical answering questions that might come up in someones workplace no matter what that workplace maybe. This is the second time as I felt a refresher was needed, there was lots more information and I will now up date my presentation from the information provided.
