Worst booking service I have ever used. I paid for a Comfort room with a street view but was given an Economy room without a window because the platform sent the hotel the wrong reservation details. Support has delayed the case for two days, offered only small partial compensation in AgodaCash, and then closed the conversation when I requested a refund to my card. Very disappointing experience — I will not use this platform again.
