Disappointed I am disappointed with my experience with Avalon in May 2024. My issue is that I went in for my yearly physical, as I had done the previous year. My understanding was that there would be no charge per the norm. After the fact, I am told they no longer accept my insurance. They should have notified me prior to my visit as they had all of my insurance information. Now, they want me to pay for the physical, and they have sent it to a collection agency. It seems obvious that they knew what they were doing, and simply hoped to collect for the visit.
