I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the condition of my phone upon its return after complaint. I sent in my phone for repair with the expectation that it would be returned in the same condition I sent it—free from any further damage. However, I have received the phone back with noticeable damage that was not present when I sent it. I have always taken great care of my device, keeping it protected in a leather case that fully covered the phone from the start. This case has kept the phone in pristine condition. Therefore, it is particularly upsetting to see that the phone was returned to me with damage that I did not cause. I also have a report from the phone store outlining the issue with the cracking display from normal use, which was the primary reason for the complaint. However, this new damage is completely unrelated to the issue I initially reported.
