I started using Maxim near the end of 2024, when Bench suddenly closed up shop. It was right near the end of our fiscal year, and I was stunned a company would do this. I scrambled and found such positive reviews about Maxim that I reach out to switch everything to them. They were SO supportive and fast bringing all our records over. I was blown away by the quality and the speed of their delivery. They wrapped up our fiscal year much more accurately and quickly than Bench (by a mile), for less than half the price. For 2025, their monthly bookkeeping is extremely accurate and fast. I provide a few documents at the end of each month, and receive a P&L and balance sheet within a few days. We are a $1.5 million small retail business with many transactions each month, and we couldn't be more pleased. I've been telling many others about these folks. P.S. They also did our Corporate taxes this year for about half of what we paid last year.
