POINTLESS PURSUIT AND WASTED TIME!!! The technical service experience with Appliance Pros was unprofessional and amateurish with a low standard of communication. The customer service telephone wait times are lengthy and the call back request message is open to question regarding when you actually receive your call back. My service appointment with Appliance Pros was confirmed by phone and email. The day of the appointment I phoned the company to confirm the time window. The customer service representative confirmed the remainder of the details, plus sent a text to the technician to remind them of my request for a phone call when they are en route. The technician never showed up. Instead, an hour and a half past the companies four hour interval, wait time I received a phone call. I could not understand what I was hearing until the person began calling out ...washing machine ... washing machine. The service appointment was for a dish washer. Appliance Pros requests a credit card number to book an appointment. I am now presently on a phone hold with the company waiting to confirm there has not been a charge added to my credit card because after phoning to inform a customer service rep that the technician never came to my home ... I was told the technician noted on the service job number that "I" had cancelled the appointment. What a pointless pursuit trying to get an appliance repaired by Appliance Pros. If nothing else - the only good thing resulting from this experience is the customer service rep just told me that my credit card has not been charged.
