Misleading the customer
Wow. This is the expected response from a real estate agency that breached its professional responsibility and misled the customer. Instead of apologizing for our bad experience and thanking me for a chance to improve your style, honesty and attention to detail, you call me a liar and bend the truth. To mention one good aspect of our communication though, there was no language barrier between us as foreigners.
When I regretfully noted that you do not listen, I meant two incidents. The first one occurred last August-September. In August 2025, we noted that we do not consider ground-floor apartments, whereas during our subsequent first and only site visit with you proposed the ground-floor apartment. Recently we decided to give you a second chance. During our recent Teams meeting, I drew your attention to a disability of my wife, which makes our foremost important requirement for a community to have a heated swimming pool. What a big surprise I received next morning in my WhatsApp: you proposed to focus on meeting our multiple requests except for the most important one, being a heated swimming pool.
It only gets more intense, when we continued our Teams conversation. We decided to consider two available apartments within existing urbanizations with the full set of amenities for site visits: The Edge Homes of Kronos Homes and Libella/Aures of AEDAS Homes. Note that the Thera of AEDAS (Phase III of Australy) has never been mentioned. I asked the INVESTINSPAIN team whether there is still a legal issue between the Edge Homes community and Kronos Homes about leaks. The reply was "Not at all but there was only a temporary dispute and not about leaks but about the delay of the completion of the sport/spa centre, which is now successfully ended". Indeed, I did ask this question several times during the Teams meeting to make sure I did not make a mistake in translation. Afterwards I verified this information with my lawyer, and he said that as of today the legal fight is still not resolved, which is about the 10 million euros compensation for serious defects in construction leading to major leaks and floods as well as a misinformation about the actual architect of the project. This is called misleading a customer, and now it is in writing. I wonder, should I file a formal complaint to a local office of OMIC? Naturally, my message to Sven could hurt his feelings: I do not want to deal with you, ever. Oh, my Goodness, how rude I am! Sven really got "offended" and stated I acted behind his back! Shockingly, Sven still claims that if his customer feels disappointed, this could only happen because of a language barrier.
Further, the INVESTINSPAIN team claims they have introduced me to AEDAS Homes in the area; therefore, I must buy a Thera apartment only through them is light years distant from the truth. I was introduced to AEDAS Homes in the area by Christiane Tiebel in May 2025 and have been waiting for the release of the Thera Phase since then. If we buy an apartment in this amazing urbanization, it will only be with an agent who we trust but not repeat not INVESTINSPAIN.
