Great service I had an issue with my hot tub and loss of power. First class help from Sam who directed me to log into my account as I’ve got the warranty and log a ticket. He responded really quickly with all of my questions. As it happened it was just a fuse issue which I managed to resolve. Sam called me straight back on the back of my WhatsApp message and was extremely helpful staying past his work hours to help me out. Great service so far.
