Outrageous – defective item, no refund
I received a defective item from ASOS and returned it exactly as instructed by their support team. Despite this, the return was rejected with the reason “used/unacceptable condition” – completely unjustified. The item was not worn, and the defect was present upon delivery.
It is outrageous to expect customers to pay for defective goods. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against ordering from ASOS and will never shop there again. I also plan to contact the consumer protection authorities to enforce my rights.
