I bought the keypad elsewhere for $50, but he failed to install it and swapped it for his “expensive” $179 version, which I later found online for $20. This deceptive trade made him $30 off me. Additionally, I paid $1,600 for a new overhead that Lowe’s sells for less than $300. Appointments were missed, and calls often went unanswered. I feel completely ripped off.
