Ticketsmarter Is A Scam
Ticketsmarter was my worst ticket buying experience EVER! I paid over $600 for two floor tickets to see Dave Chappelle on Oct 31 way back on 9/9. My tickets weren’t transferred until Oct 30. They tried to scam me by transferring terrace level tickets and never bothered to notify me of an issue. Ticket section and seat read almost exactly as what I ordered except they were terrace level. I sent request, they said it was an error and offered a half off but terrace level tickets was still cost less than what they offered me. On the day I purchased, there were lots of floor tickets, but now it’s sold out. I requested a manager call and he didn’t attempt to offer anything else but a refund. Totally BLOWN experience! My wife and I was so looking forward to this show. I will NEVER EVER do business with these slimes again. One image is what I purchased and the other is what they sent me.
