Best Training Ever!
This was my second year training with CASE, and I can honestly say it was even better than the first. The content was completely updated from last year—nothing recycled, nothing stale. Every topic felt relevant, current, and directly tied to what we actually face as corporate flight attendants.
What really set it apart this time was that our whole crew trained together, on our aircraft. We walked through emergency scenarios in our actual cabin, practiced our roles, and came away with a clear understanding of how we work as a team under pressure. I’ve never had that kind of experience in a training before.
I’ve done other training in the past, and while it checks the box, the material was the same every year. Same slides. Same case studies. Same everything. With CASE, it’s obvious they’re constantly evolving and staying plugged in with the FAA and industry updates.
We all walked away from our training feeling like a more cohesive crew, and actually looking forward to next year!
