Upon delivery, the interior was destroyed, with severe structural damage like ceiling cracks across an entire room. Contractors even confirmed it’s the worst they’ve seen. After over a year of trying to resolve this through calls and emails, they’ve stopped responding, pretending to go out of business while merely relocating. They refuse to provide arbitration details and have lied throughout the process. This feels like clear fraud.
