Seamless Upgrade and Outstanding Service from Expert IT & Telco
We’ve been working with Expert IT & Telco for many years as our school’s (Roxburgh Homestead Primary School) phone provider, and their service has consistently been outstanding.
Recently, we upgraded our phone system, moving from Optus Evolve Direct to SIPS, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. A special mention goes to Adam Darroch, who has personally been servicing our school for many years. Adam led the onsite installation with absolute professionalism, deep knowledge, and a calm, can do approach that immediately put our staff at ease. He was incredibly patient while training our team and went above and beyond throughout the day, making real time adjustments on the fly to ensure our Avaya phone system worked exactly as intended.
We also had a fantastic experience working with Mauro De Girolamo. Mauro made the transition from Optus Evolve Direct to SIPS smooth and stress free, managing everything with professionalism and clear communication. He also organised our NBN fibre to premises connection, which was fast, efficient, and completely pain free from start to finish.
If you’re running an Avaya system, you simply can’t go past Expert IT & Telco. Highly recommended
