Customer service is snotty. At first, the customer service agent britney, who had an area code from yeah, minnesota, was very nice and sent off the documents very fast. This is my first time so I went through everything. That's when I noticed they try to sneak in some extra gap insurance and some extra auto.Insurance about $2,500 that would have been added to my loan. When I texted brittany back, letting her know, I could not select the no option.He acted like I wanted the gap insurance that's true auto insurance, there's a total lie I told her I never said that. She said, okay, and bye, we had another conversation and she then got really snotty about some questions that I had i don't like I said this was my first time, and of course I was going to have questions.
