Court judgment unpaid Court judgment unpaid On 23 October 2025, the County Court entered default judgment in my favour against FundYourFX (claim M12ZA598) for £9,242.35 (debt & interest of unpaid profits earned and requested back in July 2025 ). The court has notified the company. As of 14.11.2025 no payment has been received. I have therefore initiated High Court enforcement (Writ of Control). If/when the full balance is paid, I will update this review accordingly.
