Court judgment unpaid Court judgment unpaid On 23 October 2025, the County Court entered default judgment in my favour against FundYourFX (claim M12ZA598) for £9,242.35 (debt & interest of unpaid profits earned and requested back in July 2025 ). The court has notified the company. As of 14.11.2025 no payment has been received. I have therefore initiated High Court enforcement (Writ of Control). If/when the full balance is paid, I will update this review accordingly. For transparency and clarity, I forwarded original 7-day payment notice, and County Court Judgment to the info@************.com If you truly “have no record”, please email me directly or reply here nominating a solicitor/address for service and I will resend the order the same day. Until paid in full, I have instructed High Court Enforcement to proceed.
