I wasn’t sure what to expect from hypnotherapy, but working with Lorraine Maughan in her 6-week class, Anxiety Less Life, was life-changing! Through Lorraine's guidance, I discovered that a specific childhood incident is when I learned to use anxiety to feel safe - a pattern that no longer serves me as an adult. Thanks to her personalized recordings and training, I’ve been able to shift my mindset. Lorraine is incredibly skilled and supportive.
