He was brilliant throughout the entire process, he answered all our queries promptly and went out of his way to arrange a speedy delivery for us. Our installation engineer Harry was also brilliant, he kept us well informed of delivery time and was very knowledgeable. Hot tub is fabulous, we would definitely recommend this company
