Awful Service
Awful service!! Been given the run around for 3 months to get a filling replacement after theirs dropped out. Was originally told no appts so call on the day, then pain got too bad and complained and got an emergency appt but they would only do a temp filling. 3 weeks later am in pain and they will only see me for a check up [not treatment] in another 3 weeks time!!? Then dentist will decide what to do.. uurmm PUT A FILLING IN!!!
They are fobbing NHS patients off because they have more private patients/service now, so NO TIME OR CARE for NHS patients as they just want to get MORE MONEY
Been with them for over 12 years... really upset and disappointed.. in pain.. and left with having to call every day now to only get a 10min slot where they will only give me antibiotics..not actually do the correct filling. They refuse to do an appointment for that.
Absolutely disgraceful!
