Great Experience I absolutely love Fit Body Boot Camp in Center Grove! They use a variety of equipment, including weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, and BOSU balls, making every session fresh and challenging. What I love most is the amazing sense of community, everyone is welcoming, supportive, and accepting of all fitness levels. You can work at your own pace, which makes it easy to feel comfortable, but there’s always a coach nearby to ensure you’re doing the exercises correctly and safely. Their guidance and encouragement make a real difference. If you’re looking for a fun, effective workout with a fantastic community vibe, Fit Body Boot Camp is the place to be!
