Honestly I went into the first meeting pretty skeptical, we'd been through two agencies before TrusShield and both times it ended the same way, a lot of talk in the beginning and then months of reports showing movement that never quite translated into anything real. So I was half expecting the same thing and had kind of already mentally given ourselves a deadline of three months before pulling the plug.
