STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! WORST BOOKING WEBSITE EVER!! Whenever you see Traveluro run in the opposite direction! The first booking we made was in NYC, we called the hotel a few times a day to confirm for a few days in a row, and the reservation was NEVER made! So after many calls to them, they finally said that price was no longer available and gave us a credit instead of a refund. Then we used the credit to book in Punta Cana and after many calls in 3 days in a row, they kept saying they'd call us back and they never did then in one email they said the hotel was sold out which is a major lie because I ended up booking it with Expedia. So we lost $200 and have had the worst customer service experience ever!!
