Unacceptable customer service experience
My experience ordering a frame was very frustrating. I initially placed the order on 03/05, but on 03/15, I was informed the item was out of stock and expected in 1-2 weeks. After agreeing to wait, I was notified on 04/02 the item was unavailable and offered an alternative, which I replied to but faced issues due to their holiday. By the time I could confirm my alternative choice on 04/11, I was told on 04/12 that my order had been canceled and refunded. Attempts to contact them were difficult, with no immediate response until 04/13, when I learned the cancellation was automatic. This resulted in my HSA funds expiring, with no apology or credit offered. Highly disappointed.
