Complete rip off, misleading information Extremely disappointed with this booking agency. We were given completely misleading information at the time of purchase. We were told the ticket was “open” and flexible, but when we tried to cancel, we were shocked to be asked to pay $700. At no point during the booking process were these charges clearly explained. This lack of transparency is very unprofessional and unacceptable. This feels like a complete rip-off, and we are not happy at all with the service provided. We will be taking this matter further with Consumer Affairs Victoria to seek proper resolution. Would not recommend this agency to anyone.
