eHACCP Certified HACCP Principles and GMPs for Meat and Poultry
I just completed the eHACCP Certified HACCP Principles and GMPs for Meat and Poultry course and thought it was an excellent course, both for folks who are just learning about HACCP, and for folks like me who have been working with meat and poultry processors for many years.
