Breach email after passing the 10x challenge but later resolved
After passing the 10x challenge, instead of receiving congratulatory message and how to claim my winnings, the system erroneously sent me a breach email. I emailed support, where IKA who attended to me was polite and responsive to my queries. My account details were requested which I provided, they looked into the matter and after a week, it was resolved and my winning were sent to me eventually. Thank you very much IKA, for your help all through the resolution process.
