Professionals beware
I had a very poor experience with this company. It was completely unprofessional.
I set up a time for a next day cleaning and the person who was handling the booking got my square footage, the address of my house, and confirmed the time of late afternoon. I took off from work for the second half of the day to be in attendance for these people. As an attorney I get no time off. Nobody showed up, and when I called them the same woman answering the call acted as if there was no booking ever made. She was completely unaccountable while maintaining a polite voice and attempted to gaslight me about the mistake on their part.
Their quote was also extremely high, especially for the work that was offered. Given that I needed the house cleaned very quickly. I accepted this quote.
I would not use this service as they were very unprofessional with me. There was no accountability on their part. Not even an accommodation offer.
