Sneeky Subscription and Lousy Product
There is a reason why California passed a law to make "Subscription" programs more visible in the sales cycle is because of companies like SmileActive. Like many I fell for their hidden process that puts you into their subscription program without even knowing it.
I used it twice a day as suggested, and it didn't work.
I only discovered that I was in their subscription program when they billed me for a second time. Getting in touch with customer service was moderately easy. They canceled my subscription, but had already sent out the second batch (I hadn't even gotten through the first batch). They told me that if I sent the second one back, they'd refund me the second billing. I did, and it took two more calls, after they had the returned product for 2 weeks, for me to get my money back for the second billing.
