loved new custom kyc questionnaire feature
Custom KYC questionnaire update might seem small, but it has made a big difference in how we work. Before, we had one form that worked for most clients, but we still had to do a lot of manual follow-up for everyone else. Now, we have a custom questionnaire for each client type, set up just the way we need it. All the responses come back through the same portal our clients are used to. Nothing changed for them, but everything changed for us. Great job to everyone involved.
