Don't trust to resolve any issues
left my accommodation early because the conditions were not acceptable, and I provided Booking.com with photos, messages, and proof that I checked out before the end of my stay. Despite this, Booking.com refused to take responsibility and only offered a small wallet credit instead of refunding the unused nights. They repeatedly pushed the issue back to the host, even though the booking and payment were made through their platform. My experience showed that if anything goes wrong, Booking.com does not protect the customer and does not take accountability for the properties they list.
