Great customer service, and well worth the membership fee
For the first time in 12 years of being and landlord, I'm having to evict a tenant. Mandy and Anna have been incredibly helpful, talking me through filling out the necessary (but often baffling) forms with great patience and humour. It's a huge reassurance to have their expertise on hand.
SWLA is a fantastic organisation - the regular newsletters are essential reading in these fast-changing times, the training courses on offer are excellent, and the partner discounts can easily offset the small membership fee over the course of a year. Most importantly though, the customer service is second to none. This morning I left a voicemail saying I was struggling with a form, and I was called back within five minutes!
Very highly recommended.
