IYA Rude and unprofessional behavior
Iya was rude and dismissive during my child’s telehealth visit. Instead of offering support, she hung up on him and made an inappropriate comment about how "everyone has problems." While that may be true, my son reached out because he clearly needs more help than most. This lack of empathy and professionalism is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and will be addressing this further with my insurance.
