My car was deemed a total loss by State Farm and the amount they offered was way below value. From the first phone call Steve was great! He started the appraisal process right away and was very helpful! Because of Steve, the new agreed upon value of my vehicle was over 1,800 more than what State Farm had originally offered! Thank you!
