TRAVELURO the worst travel company I booked HOTEL OASIS in morroco, 8 nights from 30 june until 8 july 2025. TRAVELURO cancelled the reservation with the hôtel 9 days after receiving my payment. They did not inform me. I had to pay again the hotel. And despite 6 requests I did not get a refund. I asked them to start the arbitration procedure but they did not reply
