Product Quality I have issues with the ring breaking at the pivot point more than once and the spacer breaking more than once. My recent inquiry was initially addressed and after sending photos my claim ticket was closed and no replacement parts sent. You would think a company that has the highest rating would offer a lifetime warranty. I have a generic cage that a former partner bought me that I wear since the issues with this product and it is working well with not issues.
