BAD customer service
I ordered a dress and paid $29 for expedited shipping.
More than a week later, I've gotten no response as to when this will ship. I've emailed their customer service 3 times.
I asked to please be refunded for the expedited shipping since the item has not even been prepared to ship yet more than a week later. NEVER AGAIN
