A wise purchase that made our trip more enjoyable
After two trips to Europe wasting a lot of time, unsuccessfully trying to use our Verizon phones, we decided to buy a My UK SIM card for two iPhone Xs. It was a wise purchase. The US cell phone dealers charge $10.00/day for each phone. It's only when you use the phone, but we used ours almost every day. These cards were more cost effective and worked perfectly in various cities throughout the United Kingdom and enabled us to call taxi drivers in London, make restaurant reservations, get information on some of the sites and attractions we were seeing without needing to know what seemed like a secret code with our regular phones. If you are traveling and own your phones, I'd suggest buying a My UK SIM Card. You will have a European phone number that makes your trip so much more relaxing knowing that you can call anyone with ease. We're going to purchase two again for a trip to Europe next summer.
