Absolutely terrible service. Two major issues with my booking:
1. They refuse to provide a proper invoice with my tax ID number despite me entering it during booking. I've contacted them multiple times over 2+ months and they just send canned responses asking for "proof" I entered my tax ID. Now I can't get reimbursed by my company.
2. They charged me for a car reservation and failed to send me any confirmation or details about it so I didn’t know to cancel it, yet still charged my card.
The customer service is non-existent. The phone number in their app belongs to some random person who gets tons of eDreams complaint calls! When I cite the law requiring them to include tax IDs on invoices, they ignore it.
I'm filing complaints with consumer protection authorities. Save yourself the headache and book directly with airlines instead.
TLDR: eDreams ignores legal requirements, charges for services they don't inform you about, and has fake customer service contacts.
